Needed help with a problem ducted vacuum and Tony from Doctor Vacuum was very helpful on the phone then came out promptly and returned the machine the next day.

Tony also advised me with regard to the different options for carpet attachments (I asked) and demonstrated a new model with no hint of sales push. Revelation to me as I’ll no longer have to struggle pushing on the thick pile carpets 😁

Overall, a great service experience and I’d very happily recommend them.

We had a problem with the hose on our old (3.5 Years) vacuum cleaner splitting and didn’t really want to pay for a ” genuine ” replacement that would probably not last very long. Doctor Vacuum was able to provide a much stronger hose and transfer the original end pieces so we now have a much better piece of equipment at a very reasonable cost.

If you have a vacuum cleaner problem see Doctor Vacuum and you will probably be very pleased with the outcome.
