After your order is received, in-stock items, (items in-stock at the Capalaba warehouse) will be processed within 24-48 hours.

If a special order or out of stock item, Doctor Vacuum will contact you upon receipt of your order to inform you of the wait times.

Any item over 25Kg (cubic weight included) may require a forklift on-site, if none, please let us know if a tailgate is required. Extra charges may apply for tailgate requirements.

Product Warranty Questions

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If your item is found faulty or broken within the manufacturers warranty terms and conditions, contact us and we will organise with the manufacturer.

Doctor Vacuum first organises warranty repairs or issues with the product manufacturer.

Once the manufacturer has authorised a repair, your item is either repaired by the manufacturer or repaired by Doctor Vacuum as we are the warranty and service agents for many large brands in Queensland.

We back our products with a fair returns & exchange policy

Returns & Exchange Policy

Any stocked items that are unused or unopened can be returned, exchanged or refunded within 14 days. Special order items, hazardous dust equipment and carpet cleaning equipment cannot be returned or refunded

We will gladly exchange or refund your item within 14 days of purchase under the conditions:

  1. The item has not been used, tampered with and is inside it’s original packaging
  2. Your item was an in-stock item and not a special order

We do not offer any exchanges or refunds on equipment that is designed to collect or handle hazardous dust.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on carpet cleaning equipment for hygiene safety.

If your item is the wrong size or does not fit, simply call or email us and we will gladly exchange it for the correct size, as long as it hasn’t been used.

Please check your items immediately after receiving and if you find the box damaged, contact us and take photos of your parcel.

Once you have spoken with the team at Doctor Vacuum about your order; You have 14 days from purchase to either

A) Provide evidence of postage of your item to Doctor Vacuum

B) Return your product in-store

  1. Contact doctor vacuum via email or call and inform us of your issue
  2. Return your product back to Doctor Vacuum at unit 3/83 Redland Bay Rd, Capalaba
  3. Once your item has been received, we will perform an inspection on the condition of the product
  4. If the product meets the criteria of our exchange policy (outline above) we will contact you to organise a refund within 24 hours or an exchange as discussed with our staff
