HEPA; Advanced Filtration For Healthier Environments

Our selected range of commercial HEPA vacuums is all about capturing more than just dirt and debris. These commercial-grade vacuums with HEPA filtration are engineered to trap tiny particles, including potentially hazardous dust that is almost invisible to the naked eye. These commercial vacuums are not just good for filtration but also have powerful suction that is built to tackle the demands of commercial cleaning.

What Makes HEPA Filters In Commercial Vacuums So Effective?

HEPA filters in commercial vacuums are designed to trap at least 99.9% of particles that are 0.3 microns in diameter. This level of filtration is highly effective at capturing potentially hazardous dusts and even better at retaining the dust – ensuring that no dust is leaking through the filters and back out into the air.

Are commercial HEPA Filtered Dry Vacuums Suitable For All Commercial Spaces?

Commercial HEPA Vacuums are suitable on a case-by-case basis in commercial spaces. Some commercial spaces that deal with hazardous dusts might require strict guidelines to be followed, depending on the material that is being collected. For example hazardous dusts such as silica must be collected with a HEPA H class 99.995% efficiency or that workspace can risk being fined against OSHA guidelines.

How Often Do Hepa Filters In These Vacuums Need To Be Replaced Or Cleaned?

It depends on the usage amounts and how quickly the filters gets dirty – the method of disposing these filters will also vary if the workspace deals with any form of hazardous dust. HEPA H class filters can not be washed or ‘tapped clean’ and require the entire vacuum to be cleaned along with the filter. Lower classes of HEPA filtered vacuums can be changed every 3-6 months depending on usage – if your vacuum is starting to smell or get too hot this is a sign that the filters might need urgent attention.
