Freight Information


DELIVERY LOCATIONS.

Doctor Vacuum delivers nationwide in Australia. We do not ship parcels/boxes to P.O. Boxes. However, we can ship orders directly to your home or business.


DELIVERY COST.

Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.


DELIVERY TIMES.

Most in-stock items will be sent out via courier within 24 hours, with delivery times varying from state to state:

Brisbane/Gold Coast/Ipswich/Toowoomba/Sunshine Coast average delivery time within 1-2 Business Days of the order being dispatched

Sydney 1-2 Business Days of Order Dispatch

Melbourne 2-3 Business days of order dispatch

Perth and Northern QLD

Adelaide – 2-3 Business Days of order Dispatch

Rural areas may take longer and we may choose to send via Australia Post or one of our freight Partners.


TRACKING.

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation and is also available under My Orders in My Account.


ORDER PICK UP

Orders can be collected from our Capalaba branch within  2 hours of the order being placed for all in-stock items – please note we will call once an order has been received to confirm availability.

Refund Information


REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS

You may return your product for a full refund within 14 days to our store at 2/2 Steel St Capalaba due to faulty workmanship or change of mind, as long as it is in a saleable condition and only used for the intended purpose of the purpose for the expected time that you have the product. You may opt to send in your product via courier or Post. If the product is faulty and you would like a refund, a refund will be processed once we have received the item/s and have inspected the products ensuring they are complete and not missing any parts, original packaging is not required in order to receive a refund.

We will provide refunds according to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (the “Act”) namely if the goods you purchased:

  1. Are not of merchantable quality;
  2. Are not fit for its purpose;
  3. Do not match the sample.

Used filters or bags will not be legible for a refund if they do not fit – please ensure the filters or bags fit correctly prior to using the appliance. If the filters or bags are faulty due to workmanship we will replace or refund accordingly.

Carpet extractors that have been used to extract human/animal waste, hazardous waste will not be liable for a refund and we do not service or repair machines that contain such materials.

Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer to send the product/s back to our branch for faulty products but not for change of mind.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours via bank transfer or same day for a credit card after the goods have been approved for refund.

You may cancel your order prior to dispatch – once the goods have been dispatched, and if you would like to return the products any freight charges back to us will be paid by the customer, if purchased online.
